I'm not quite sure what you're talking about here. Which 'cache' are
you trying to empty? Windows Mail does not run on XP, so I doubt you
are seeing what you say 'it comes back saying'. Which cache are you
setting to 12MB? If you could be a bit more precise about what
you're trying to do, the greater the likelihood that someone could
help you.
