sounds to me like your wireless network device has not even been installed. you should have 2 more devices...a NIC (Network Interface Card) and a Wireless device with something listed as 802.1x a/b/g.
You should have a driver CD that should have drivers for your network adapters. Another method is to look online for a Vista compatible driver for your network adapters. you will need the make/model of the adapters for this though.
What make/model of computer do you have, and are you still running XP or just vista? |
