Thanks for that, well my PC is on 24/7

So the BSODS at 6am i was obviously asleep, i took out 2gig of ram and have 6gig now, been running fine for over 20hours... so will SEE how it goes

I'll try and get vista sp1 asap, shouldnt this be done via windows updates.. no?
