Is he overclocking any part of his PC ?, also take a look at what programs are running, take a look at startup in msconfig and see if there is anything he can do without, run CCleaner, Malwarebytes, and defrag the HDD. After that run memtest and start cheking the hardware. Bottom line is it could be anything. |
