Vista Forums - View Single Post - standard user account - have to log in, out, in to send/receive email

I have 1 admin acct and 4 std users. I am using OUtlook 2007, the tried Thunderbird with same results.

First time I log on to a user email works OK. If I log off that user acct and log on to another, I get a send /receive error (0x800CCCF). If I log of that acct and log back in, that works, but same process has to be repeated when swithing to any other user account.

Using Norton, but same error whether that is turned on or off. Also - doesnt matter if Parental controls on or off same issue.

suggestions?
