Many mail services have message size limits. Your messages have to be
under the limits of both your mail service and the recipient's mail
service.
You could try the break apart option (Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties,
Advanced) but that requires that the recipient have a compatible mail
program that knows how to put the messages back together. Additionally,
the total message must be smaller than any server mail box limits on the
recipient's end.
You would be better off using a file transfer service.
