1. You can kill the chkdsk process either with the task manager or even easier with Process Explorer (
Process Explorer ).
2. From the message you receive, it looks like those folders were deleted and are no more on your system. I'd just rip the disks anew.
Btw: What were you trying to accomplish with chkdsk?
