Thanks for your help. I believe all Epson had me do (if this is possible) is uninstall the scanner drivers, reboot and reinstall. However, I do not have the disc; I downloaded from the Epson website. Each time I tried, the download appeared to be successful; then i rebooted, and attempted the actual installation, which failed. Also, when I go to device manager (after rebooting and after the installation fails), the scanner is listed under "other devices", and has an exclamation point next to it, stating "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) The system cannot find the file specified." Thanks! |
