technically Everlong yes they are in the bios as are the clock speeds , but they can be altered using software , either with Nvidias system tools , EVGA precision (which was designed with the help of Unwinder who is the creator of Riva tuner) , or with Riva tuner itself , which i prefer because it can be ued to set up temp triggered events
