Yes. Only difference between the redistributable and the web installer is the size; the redistributable is the full DirectX update (current one is ~92 MB, and recommended to use on a new Windows install), where the web installer is a small file that when run only downloads the directX files that are missing or been updated (last time I ran it it downloaded I think it was 8 or 8 files that was less than 5 MB). |
