Your pc is runnig quite hot. As a rough guide when my pc is idle i like every temp to be under 40c.

You should install more case fans to have better airflow and reduce temps. While this wont fix the problem as your graphics card is probably dying and will need replaced, it will mean that in the future this is less likely to happen again.
