his GPU temperature is fine.
his CPU temperature of 50 degrees celcius is a little bit warm if thats taken during idle.
During load 50 degrees is nothing to be worried about though.

As said before the problem might be with aero or something.

I recommend using system recovery and switch your pc back to a date before you installed that application.

Windows uses its own image viewer to 'display' a desktop background picture.
This displaying also includes 'smoothing' of images if the image resolution is smaller than desktop and you display it fullsize anyway.

It might have happened that that application changed the software used to display your desktop background to its own viewing software and that that software doesn't 'smooth' out the upscaled images.

This is just me guessing btw, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's your problem.

I HIGHLY doubt somehow that little program messed up your hardware.

If you still can, do the system recovery.
Or if you can't do that anymore, try using windows recovery disk to 'fix' your install of windows.
