OE needs XP OS and files...........
Windows Mail needs Vista
cannot cross use/run on OS like you said.
Windows Mail does not use dbx files and OE does not use the system that
Windows mail does.
Only common thing between both is .eml file
In OE you can save as .eml(a single email) and in Windows mail emails are
saved/stored as .eml files.
Unless a program is made for Vista then no way
