You were told the reasons WHY it was not possible, is that not good enough?
TWO different OS, two different ways of handling and storing email and
account data, two different programs needing completely different files to
run...........
No way to export/import from/to each other.
Only common thing between both is the.eml file format.
Email in Windows Mail is stored as individual .eml files.
Email in OE is stored inside dbx files.
