bongodrumm it completely WORKED... I have been working on this all day long....UGH!! i followed your instructions i clicked start, and in the search box typed " services ", and checked to see if windows defender was set to automatic and it wasn't so i changed it to automatic and IT WORKED!!! WOW.... You're a life saver!!! Thanx a billion!!
