I have the same issue as bizsavvy3, and follow all his steps before coming to look up here. A solution was pointed by Airbot, but when bizsavvy3 asked about how to do with the registry there was no follow up.

I read the Microsoft article before coming here too, and I came exactly because Microsoft tells what to do, but not how!

I believe if you help on the way to do it I can solve the issue. Can someone please clarify this point?
