If the import method into Outlook didn't work, then there is no way to
directly import from the OE message store. You could extract the messages
from the dbx files and them import those, but that would require a 3rd party
extraction tool (see www.oehelp.com). You could then drag those messages
into Windows Mail and then import them into Outlook from Windows Mail.

I don't know any other way to do it at this point.
