No. It's very doubtful that such a feature would ever be added when all you
need is already at hand. Under Tools/Options/Send - you'll find a box
marked "Send Messages immediately" and all that's required is to uncheck
that box. Mail will then only go out when you click the Send/Receive button
rather than when you send it to the Outbox.
