RE: Update or Instal Vista fails "Windows could not update registry da Nope. Same problem.
Clean install from Safe mode, although a *lot* quicker, still comes up with:
"Windows could not update the registry data in the installation".
I don't understand this, since a clean install should be able to write to
its own registry!
Any other ideas???
