Depends on what you previously installed.
You may find that you just need to click the "show updates" check box in
Control Panel/Add Remove programs to see the previous install which you
can then de-install.
A few MVPs had pre-RC1 code that did not properly remove things. So the
second approach is to use regedit to remove all references to
PowerShell. This is what I had to do on my laptop - took around 5-6
minutes to find all the occurrences, remove them and get PowerShell RTM
installed.
