RE: WEBDAV and Vista

From both the standard user and administrator command prompt I receive the
follow error:

System error 1920 has occured

The file cannot be accessed by the system.
----------------------------------------------------------
This error occurs also instantly and does not even seem to be looking over
the network to find file.
