I have installed windows vista ultimate and things were going fine
until yesterday when i tried to play a streaming video that uses
windows media player activex control (using IE7). For some reason when
i try to play any webcast that uses windows media player i see a cross
in the player frame. I can not play any video online and IE does not
care to tell me whats wrong?
I do not login as administrator until unless required and i was
wondering what could have happened to make the media player or prolly
IE7 in a bad state?

I tried searching on the web but i could not find any way to repair or
reinstall windows media player on vista. Appreciate your help.
