sure you can, for what reasons ever you want it to look like that, go here :
Start - controlpanel -type in the searchbox in the upper right's box the
word Design to make those Applets visible for how to change designs. Click
the item you searched for.
choose your preferred Design - that would be "Windows Classic"
Again in the controlpanel search for Taskbar - this will make Applet
"Taskbar and startmenu properties" appear - click it and select classic
startmenu instead of the default one.
All done, now your Vista is grey and old-fashioned.
( but just give me the right when I say that the Sidebar in that style
looks just ugly and displaced.. )
