RE: Administrator Permissions

Hello

no dont think its the uac thing. When i go to alter the permissions on the
security tab its all greyed out and i cant alter any of the permissions.

I tried adding another user with admin rights but that made no difference.
Also couldnt add another user while in safe mode as suggested
