NT Kernel & System (Resource Monitor)
Not that this is too big of a deal but I noticed that for about five to ten
minutes after Vist starts The NT Kernal & System listing in the Resource
Manager maxes out my CPU, then every once in a while after that. I'm not a
techy person so can anyone tell me why this is happening?
