Sorry - Pentium M 730 is 1.6ghz.
the upgrade advisor apparently detects the reduced speed when running in low
power mode.
The performance rater in Vista should detect your processors performance
correctly. It will probably not be good enough to run aero glass, but it
should otherwise run reasonably well.
