Hi,

Ever since I installed WLM on my Vista computer that I can't update it (i.e.
to version 8.1), either using quick updates or full installers.

Even if I exit WLM, and run the full installer as Administrator, the
installation breaks when it tries to create a "[...] Journal [...]" service.
The error message states I do not have sufficient permissions to install
services.


Help?
