Don't worry about it. What they mean is if you phone up with a problem with
your connection or whatever, then they cannot offer you support as they have
failed to train their helpdesk staff on how to use Vista.
It will not affect your connection whatsoever.
In the meantime feel free to leave Tiscali anyway lol
