In Firewall settings -> Exceptions there is File and Printer Sharing - check
if is checked.
Besides in Control Panel\System and Maintenance\Administrative Tools in
Windows Firewall with Advanced Security console. When you select root item
on tree -> properties ... you can select what will be monitored.
