But I don't really understand this: I would think that Windows Mail would adhere to the NNTP standard. So then, why would BellSouth be able to post a newsgroup article if it came from XP as opposed to Vista?
I'm confused! Realistically, this is not the BellSouth problem but rather a Vista problem?

I'm running Ultimate dual-booted with XP-Pro. I can't post on the
newsgroups.bellsouth.net newsgroups under Vista/Windows Mail, but can under
XPro/OE.
I get a server error of '441/0x800CCCA9' under Vista but it posts ok under
XP-Pro. (to alt.test, for example)
The newsgroup servers are configured the same under both operating systems.
Any idea what is happening and what I should do?
Thanks!
Ross
