will work.
You can post the games you are pondering about, Or do a search through this
forum for the game title. I agree with Dustin about going to the game makers
forums and see what they say, though if you go to FEARS forums, you're not
going to see a whole lot of activity on the subject.
My personal answer is, If you don't have the option to dual boot under both
Vista and XP, I would hold off on upgrading to vista for at least 2 more
months. Right now Nvidia and Creative are working on their drivers, so if
you have those products it could be a painful cutover.
If you're happy with your system right now, there isn't a good reason to
switch over to Vista yet. If you're planning on playing DX10 games like
Crysis, then I would wait until Crysis is release. If you have the drives or
logical partitions to dual boot, then I say go for, it's a great way to
learn and have a safety net
