Good Question...

Choose a program that typically takes a bit of time to load and open.

Next, open and close it several times and then wait a few minutes.

Then open it again and judge whether it is opening more quickly than before.

Also, using RegEdit, find your way to the sub-keys that show the Windows
read/write speed test results:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SOFTWARE
Microsoft
Windows NT
CurrentVersion
EMDMgmt
