First thing to do is take a copy of all your folder.jpgs before you lose
them...

if you put the following line in a batch file and run it from the top folder
of your
music collection it will find all the folder.jpgs and make a copy of each
called
cover.jpg

for /r %%i in (Folde?.jpg) do copy "%%i" "%%~dpiCover.jpg"

You could then use this batch file to delete any folder.jpgs and albumart
files after a wmp11 rescan.

attrib -S -H AlbumArtSmall.jpg /S
del /S AlbumArtSmall.jpg
pause
attrib -S -H Folder.jpg /S
del /S Folder.jpg

and then use the reverse of the first line of code to copy your Cover.jpgs
back to folder.jpgs

for /r %%i in (Cove?.jpg) do copy "%%i" "%%~dpiFolder.jpg"


BE careful with these batch files as if you run the wrong one at the
wrong time you might end up crying into your beer...
