Vista does not display a capture from the Video file as a thumbnail, instead
it shows the default WMP thumbnail.

Already removed and reinstalled codec packs, and reset the Visual effect
under Performance.

Any suggestions?

I'm using Vista Ultimate. Can't remember if I installed or removed a certain
software before this happened, but it used to work fine.
This only happens with Video files.
