Click Start, type regedit.exe and press Enter.
Navigate to the following branch:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.exe
Delete the sub-key named "UserChoice"
Close Regedit.exe

Somehow I've managed to make it so each time I try to run an .exe file,
Internet Explorer is the program that tries to open it.
I don't know how to change it back. Any suggestions?
