COFIRMED BUG!

I have discovered a bug for sure! Another member tried the instructions
below and experienced the same problems I had. Therefore, I have very good
reason to think that this is a problem with every Vista OS. While this bug
isn't so serious, one day you might run into it.

WHATS THE PROBLEM:
In retrospect, the Windows Photo Gallery Wallpaper file will not reposition.

WHY IS THIS A PROBLEM:
If I set a picture as a background anywhere on my computer and enter the
Personalize Desktop Background screen, I cannot change the pictures position.

TO SEE THE PROBLEM, DO THIS ON YOUR VISTA COMPUTER:
1. Set ANY picture in your own pictures folder as a background (Right click
on
the photo and click "Set as Desktop Background")

2. Right-click the desktop, click Personalize, click Desktop Background, and
then try repositioning it on the bottom of the screen, under where it says:
"How should the pictures be positioned?".

3. See if anything happens to the picture on the desktop if you chose a
different radio button. (In my computer, if I set a picture as a background
inside the Windows Pictures folder, I cannot reposition it inside this
screen.)

WHOA! THAT'S CRAZY! WHAT CAN I DO?:
Well, if you have the same problem, there is still a way to repostion the
picture.

1. Just click "Browse..." for picture location.
2. Navigate to the folder that contains the picture.
3. Then choose the picture you want as a background but couldn't reposition
by setting it as a background earlier (I hope that's not confusing).
4. Now try changing the position.

OH WOW, NOW I CAN REPOSITION IT!:
HOW DID YOU KNOW IT CAN HAPPEN ON MY COMPUTER?:
Someone else tried it out in this discussion area. Also, the problem doesn't
occur when I set a picture as a background from the internet. I know it has
to do with the Windows Photo Gallary Wallpaper file because when I click
browse, that is the source of the background.

SO WHAT DO I WANT:
Well, if you have the same problem, please reply to the post so I don't feel
so alone. Also, if you do everything and there is no problem, please reply
as well.
It would be really nice for you to agree with my suggestion if you had the
same problem too, that way, maybe one day, Microsoft will take note and fix
the bug.

If you want to see my original post, do these instructions:

1. Search for "Position" in Music, Pictures, and Videos.
2. Click on the "Positioning Pictures does not work for M..." link
3. Now you're in my post.

Thanks a lot!
