Yes, I see what you mean. When you right click on a image in your Pictures
folder or an image in any folder for that matter and click "Set as Desktop
background" it sets it as your background and the positioning is off. I think
it is because the file is saved as the wrong size or something in the folder:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows Photo Gallery
And the positioning is reset correctly when you select the image from the
original folder it is saved to. I wonder how this effects images found on
the web that instead of saving it directly to the computer, we Right click
and click "Set as Desktop Background. This is an intresting glitch.
