I am totally FRUSTRATED -- I have one email STUCK and the error message--can
not receive any further incoming email. I just bought my new Gateway
computer with VISA installed -- I Gateway's OnLine Chat feature -- they told
me to call Microsoft and gave me a phone number. Microsoft told me that my
machine was an OEM and I would have to PAY $69 for support. I called Gateway
and SPOKE to a technician -- he said that he could do NOTHING. OH MY
!!!!!! Such frustration with my long awaited new computer purchase. Thanks
for nothing GATEWAY & MICROSOFT !
