RE: Limit Shutdown options

Roll you own. You could make a ShutDown.bat To restart PC, change the -s to
-r with this:

shutdown -s -t 5 -f

You can find meaning of variables to the command by keying cmd into Run
which gives you command prompt, where you enter shutdown /?
