It appears the PPPoA option is supposed to be
provided by the Vendor's driver:

ยท TCP/IP over PPP over ATM (PPPoA) using a
vendor DSL ATM miniport driver

Although this is a win 2003 document, I think it
is one of those items that applies in general to
most, if not all, versions of Windows.
