The basic rule for sending is that you must use the outgoing mail server
belonging to the provider who is giving you Internet connectivity at that
moment. So, at work you must use whatever SMTP server your work
location uses. If you are authorized to use your employer's SMTP server,
you can add an additional email account which is identical to your existing
nycap.rr.com account except for the name of the outgoing mail server.
Then use that new account when sending from work.
There is another workaround which is available if your ISP allows an
alternate SMTP port (other than '25').
