I found out a little more. Apparently after it's downloaded, Vista loads the
file to be installed. If you open Task Manager, you'll see:
0% of ati_LH_RC0_32.exe from a248.e.akamai.net Completed.
It's getting loaded into volatile memory and there fails.
So, where do we go in IE 7+ to configure the download process??
