Hi,

Actually, if it's on the desktop it would be
C:\Users\<username>\desktop\Microsoft\Sysbuilder\MCE, but that's besides the
question. Have you tried deleting from a command prompt? As you can access
it, it may be that your permissions aren't full ones, if this is the case
you will need to adjust them in the folder's properties.
