That is not what I posted Jack. I said that the restore points in Vista are deleted when you boot with XP. The mistake on part was that I misunderstood your original post. Upon re-reading a bit more you posted that you are losing the restore points on XP. I read it the other way around.

As pointed out in your other posting in the other newsgroup Vista does not remove the Restore Points in XP. See
the answers that you got in the other newsgroup where you have also posted.
