Yes, I have exactly the same problem and it is a ...... shame that HP
completely ignores my repeated requests for a Vista driver. They have now
mailed me a list of Vista compatible printers, probably with the idea that
the customer will be stupid enough to replace a 6 months printer with a new
one.
This is definitely the last time that I will buy another HP product. I am
also stuck with a HP 7620 scanner, for which there is no Vista compatible
scanner software and not even an indication that this will ever be made
available. For this reason I was forced to abandon Vista and switch back to
XP prof. The Vista upgrade advisor indicated that there might be a "minor"
problem, but the sad thruth is that I cannot even install it. |
