RE: CTRL-ALT-DEL logon I would think Home premium would have these tools but try it this way.
From the run command type mmc. Then add "Group Policy Object Editor" by
going to file-->Add Remove Snap-in-->Select the GP editor-->click add-->click
finish on the wizard screen--> then finally OK. The settings you are looking
for are under Computer configuration-->Window Settings-->Security
Settings-->Local Policies-->Security Options.
