Also, when you delete posts in newsgroup, they are REALLY gone, there are
no zero byte files left. If you delete all messages in a newsgroup all that is left
is a xxx.fol file -- NO zero byte files!

I went into Windows Explorer to investigate the Windows Mail message store
and I saw zero size entries seemingly for every message I have ever sent or received
and then DELETED for both the mail and newsgroups.
Why, even though these messages have been deleted and the message store has been
compacted numerous times, are these zero byte files retained?
Might this have something to do with all the numerous Windows Mail problems?
