I have a Logitech MX Revolution Mouse(
Logitech Experience > Advanced Peripherals > Logitech® MX™ Revolution )
The Thumbside scroll wheel defaults to "Switch between Windows" scrolling.
As soon as you roll it forward or backward you go into "SBW" mode and can scroll through the windows.
The Thumb scroll isnt a free turning wheel, its "Push/Pull" senstive.
