Re: Missing Recycle Bin

Right-click on the Desktop, select Personalize and then Change Desktop Icons
from the left sidebar. Re-check Recycle Bin. If you can't get there that
way because of your Win2000-style, just type Personalize in the Search bar
at the bottom of the Start menu.

You probably deleted the Recycle Bin accidently. For some reason, there's a
Delete option when you right-click on the Recycle Bin (easily confused with
the proper Empty Recycle Bin option since they're both "deletion"
activities).
