Re: Fax and Scan error - One or more recipients do not have a fax

I'm not sure what you mean by the "method the fax is being sent." I tested
this myself using RDP into his system. All I'm doing is starting up the Fax
and Scan program and clicking New Fax, typing in a local fax number, a
subject, and hitting Send. It fails instantly, the error pops up and turns
the fax number to red as if it were invalid. Even though it's a local
number, i've tried the international dialing by typing +1 (areacode) number,
for example +1 (234) 567-8900 but the result is the same. The other vista
PC is fine.

Please see my screen shot here, the number is being typed in the "TO" field,
